How we approach AI assistance, website content, and accountability.

Caliber Dynamics LLC may use AI to assist with research, writing, editing, code, or illustrative visuals. We remain responsible for the content we choose to publish and the services we agree to deliver.
Content and visuals
AI assistance does not replace checking facts, reviewing claims, or obtaining needed permissions. Illustrative visuals are not evidence of a particular client, project, or outcome. Testimonials and descriptions of professional experience must reflect actual statements and work; AI is not a basis for inventing results.
Business tools and personal information
We may use approved AI-assisted tools for communications or relevant Caliber marketing. Before a tool receives identifiable information, we review its terms and settings and require protections against independent model-training or advertising use. We limit the information supplied to what is needed for the task.
This is a condition for approving those uses, not a statement that every use is currently active. Our Privacy Policy explains information handling and your choices. Separate client agreements govern project-specific data use.
Changes and feedback
We may update this statement as permitted by law and revise the date shown above. Material changes receive notice or consent where required and do not silently expand permissions for previously collected personal information.
