Caliber Dynamics LLC (Caliber, we, or us) operates caliberdynamics.com. This policy covers our website, inquiries, scheduling, and related communications. Our services are directed to businesses, primarily in the United States.
Information we collect
Our inquiry form collects your first and last name, email address, message, and any company or phone details you choose to provide. We keep related correspondence in our Microsoft email environment. Microsoft Bookings processes the information you provide when arranging a meeting.
Vercel hosts the website and provides Web Analytics. Hosting and security services may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs. Please do not submit confidential documents, credentials, regulated information, or production data through the form.
How we use it
We use information to respond, arrange meetings, discuss or provide services, operate and protect the website, and meet legal obligations. We may send relevant information about Caliber’s services. We may also use AI-assisted business tools for communications or marketing under the safeguards in Content & AI Transparency.
Providers and analytics
We do not sell personal information or share it for another company’s marketing. Providers such as Microsoft and Vercel process information to support our operations. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect legal rights.
Vercel Web Analytics provides aggregated visit statistics, including pages viewed, referring sites, approximate location, and device/browser information. It does not use third-party cookies or provide cross-site visitor tracking. Provider processing may occur outside your state or country.
How long we keep it
Inactive inquiries are retained for 24 calendar months after the last meaningful business contact. We review eligibility daily through manual or automated processes and remove expired records within seven days. This does not mean automated deletion is already operating.
Active discussions and client records are retained according to the relationship and relevant business, contractual, or legal needs. Booking, analytics, and security records follow their purposes and applicable provider settings. Necessary legal holds and time-limited recovery or backup copies may delay final erasure.
Your choices and requests
Write to concerns@caliberdynamics.com to request access, correction, deletion, or other rights available under applicable law. We may verify your identity and explain any information we must retain. Within 14 calendar days of receipt, we will confirm completion or provide a substantive update, including remaining steps and expected timing. Applicable legal deadlines still apply.
You can opt out of marketing using the instructions in a message or concerns@caliberdynamics.com. We honor marketing opt-outs within 10 business days. Necessary service communications may continue. We may keep a minimal opt-out record to respect your choice.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as permitted by law and revise the date shown above. We will provide notice and obtain consent where legally required for material changes; revisions do not retroactively override earlier privacy commitments. Contact concerns@caliberdynamics.com with questions.
